Northern Oaks BBQ is professional barbeque catering that has been serving the Greater Rochester Region and the Finger Lakes Region since 2012. John Sawyer, Owner and grandson of the late Master Chef Paul Sylvester, developed a passion for cooking at an early age. The slow cooking process, flavorful wood smoke aroma and the challenge of that perfect ring of smoke on a brisket quickly turned a hobby into a competition and career.
At Northern Oaks BBQ we are committed to using the same recipes and techniques that have been earning awards in the Kansas City Barbeque Society competitions for several years.
